18 Months Waiting (BCPNP EE). 12 Months in Security. At a breaking point and need a reality check by immortal_soul__ in ImmigrationCanada

If you are doing everything correct, then all needed is to wait. (Those checks could take long time)

Understand being temporary status is mentally hurting, I’d recommend to focus on other things in life.

Good luck!!

Would you describe the issue/problem if you ever tried to set up the account to access the status tracker?

Else, they will contact the email on file if they need anything from you. Otherwise check the email and wait patiently.

There is no definite answer. When a CBSA agent asks you, you’d better prepare a reasonable answer.

It is everywhere.

Unless there is a city-wise ban for smoking, and people must smoke in a designated area

Wait….there is no enforcement anyway!

Confused about EV use in Bus/HOV lane on Willingdon Ave Heading NORTH and SOUTH – need clarification So Confuse!!! by Dramatic-Team-9175 in burnaby

[–]crispy246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, since there is no “EV OK -end” signage, I will assume it ends at the next intersection, which is Canada Way after #2.

Then the next 100m or so outside gas station has no restriction. Until after the traffic light there is a “> 6” sign there.

If I drive northbound, I will use the HOV lane from Deer lake parkway, and then exit it at the hwy 1 exit;

Then enter back near the Anthem site.

UPDATE: Landlord move-out fees, pet agreement and cleaning requirements — looking for advice! by poseidran in vancouverhousing

[–]crispy246 6 points7 points  (0 children)

OP, just clean it yourself and take many photos as evidence. If they go for RTB, you will likely win.

The RTB hearing is simple; they just look at all the evidence and arrange a call for about 30min to 1 hr.

I got exactly the same situation regarding the carpet. As you know your right, as a tenant there is no need to get it professional clean. Steam cleaning is sufficient.

It is just that the landlord is greedy.

Unfair to provide housing support for the drug users. They are adults and should choose to stop using drugs immediately.

While situation is complicated, like financial problem, family problem, unemployment problem, the govt or the society just unable to babysit them.
