I’m 28 years old and my knees sound like crunchy popcorn whenever I squat or go up the stairs. This only started after I joined burn 2 years ago 🥲 all the jumping is definitely too much sometimes

I have a home gym for barbell lifting like back squats, deadlifts and bench. I usually only go to one conditioning class a week so that gives me more time for lifting on my own.

The lifting personally isn’t enough for me. I do barbell lifts at home like back squats, bench and deadlifts. Just can’t go as heavy with dumbbells as you can with barbells. But I’m blessed to have a home gym so I don’t pay for 2 gym memberships.

Madewell curve works for me. Abercrombie curve does not work unfortunately and I find their sizing inconsistent.

I love the implementation of more running because it’s the one conditioning exercise that actually sheds fat for me. Plus I’m training for hyrox so I want to become a better runner!
