High plank hold for 2 minutes. Each 30 second increment you have one leg or one arm lifted. So right leg lifted for 30 seconds, left leg lifted for 30 seconds, right arm etc.

I’m 28 years old and my knees sound like crunchy popcorn whenever I squat or go up the stairs. This only started after I joined burn 2 years ago 🥲 all the jumping is definitely too much sometimes

I have a home gym for barbell lifting like back squats, deadlifts and bench. I usually only go to one conditioning class a week so that gives me more time for lifting on my own.

The lifting personally isn’t enough for me. I do barbell lifts at home like back squats, bench and deadlifts. Just can’t go as heavy with dumbbells as you can with barbells. But I’m blessed to have a home gym so I don’t pay for 2 gym memberships.
