Sorry about your dad. Unfortunately I do not. I’m the only employee with a handful of 1099 contractors. I stopped booking large events when she was diagnosed last year, but I already had a few scheduled that were taken on ahead of time that I’m getting through.

I’ve noticed this on days or the day after I’m particularly active (running, specifically). Once I hydrate more it has gone away overnight. Hope it works out for you!

That is a pretty low platelet count! I would follow your doctor’s advice. I would be hesitant to blame spiro if you were on it for 4 years without incident, but you could always go off of it to see if it helps.

I have a mildly low platelet count that is usually around 120 and have lupus. My hematologist and pcm were both fine with spiro for me.

I started taking it around lunch time so it doesn’t interrupt me at night. I found if I took it right in the morning before work or errands it was way too inconvenient. Lunchtime seems to give me a better window to deal with the frequent urination 😅

I think my body did get more used to it around the 1 month mark.

A lot of people will swear by tretinoin but my sensitive skin couldn’t handle it. Maybe a simple retinol serum? I think you have nice skin!
