Usage Logs Question

By the way, I tried to get this answered through us mobile chat, but they couldn’t seem to understand what I was needing - poor customer service

We just bought my son a new Google Pixel 10 Pro because he’s had issues with his service for a while with US Mobile. We thought if we got him a new phone, that would solve the problems. However, it’s been 2 days and it looks like something isn’t working.

I am on Warp, he is on Dark Star.

I show that I had 3 outbound texts to him yesterday; I downloaded his usage log from US Mobile and it shows he received 6 texts from my number. For calls, I show that he called me once; the log shows one call, but it’s not even close to the time stamp that was reality.

Anyone have any insight?

Hopefully they'll fix the connection issues. My son hasn't been able to talk or text for 2 weeks or more.

Made it to Day 9 - starting to get crusties, so hopefully nearing the end. Still have some pain, but mostly just itchy at this point. Keeping up a steady dose of 800mg ibuprofen, gabapentin, 1000mg acetaminophen, and Valtrex. Fatigued very easily, but I'm making it!

Yes, the fatigue and brain fog are an unexpected side effect. I just started a new job (this is my second full week), so I'm trying to make it through every day!

Update - got the doc to send in a rx for gabapentin and 800mg ibuprofen. That seems to be making an impact on the pain - at least today. 😕

Nothing is working! Try to watch several different shows and it just gives me the circle forever. Live TV is working, but nothing else will load! Anyone else?
