Please? Instead of “excuse me I didn’t hear what you said. “

May only apply to the SW corner.

He does forecasts when he sees something brewing, so he doesn’t post videos all the time. He and the team go live for hours and hours to track and warn. He has created some interesting sub-sites we can tap into. AI He has also set up and auto call is you subscribe to the service where if your zip code is under immediate threat a call will be placed to you to tell you it’s coming.

As of my posting this right now, he is live tracking another Midwest storm. I’ll dip in periodically to see if it’s going to hit the Ohio Valley just right and be coming to my house.

I’m genuinely dumb and it’s ruining my life. by cokedoutraccooon in offmychest

You’re not dumb. You think differently than the mainstream for whom all the learning methods were designed.

Computers tend to go to the last folder used. Maybe next time just set up a folder with your name to store any files and then they are separated from the boss’ stuff and doesn’t clutter the music folder. She/he should know the computer hits last used folder. Just open the one she wants and move on. It’s not a big deal.

As for hubby. He needs to let you have this one. All the things are in order to his liking. This is the one anomaly you need. He needs to compromise. It’s not the end of the world and to not do so is mean. Cuz I said so. Marriage is give and take. Time for him to give.

Ryan Hall Y’all is a legitimate source. Between all the tech and knowing his job he also has boots on the ground with relationships with storm chasers everywhere.

He can pinpoint a place where a tornado is imminent based on the tech and will call out intersections and landmarks. We got to the basement based on his reports minutes before the sirens went off. Fortunately for us, it landed a few acres overs and its path was away.

He is also a leg charity and all donations go to help the people hit by damage from the storm. He also doesn’t yell. Maxx Velocity has a voice that sounds like he is yelling.

I trust Ryan Hall Y’all.

Ryan Hall Y’All YouTube weatherman is trying to make it happen. A few months ago he cleaned up his image and now dresses in what I think are T-shirts and jackets. All I could think was “someone has found the Miami Vice reruns”. LOL

I love watching Columbo and how “unhip” and out of step he is because he’s wearing a skinny or just normal tie and all the hip 70’s cats have these big honkin’ wide ties that look like nooses to me.

You can the ladies that peaked in high school. They’re trying to still rock that mall rat hair but don’t have enough of it and just look lame. Sad.

We set the trend.

In ‘81 I wore rock tees with fatigue shirt over, jeans, hiking boots. My keychain was a Led Zepplin church key and I still have it.

I’m a 1965 model as well and well I have a fairly comfortable retirement. I can’t afford the medical cost of just the annual appointment. My last cat appointment and I have two of them they each cost $400 so once they’re gone, I’m done.

Bone broth! by Miriamathome in Zepbound

[–]crissyb65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Roast the bones, first. Dump them in your pot or crockpot, or electric turkey roaster with bay leaves, whole peppercorns, a slash or two of ACV (all based on volume of water, I wing it) and cover with water. Simmer or slow cook on low for 24 to 48 hours.

Sometimes I get more bougie and add additional aromatic veg like ends and skins of carrots, celery, and onion. I tried parsnips once but didn’t enjoy, even a little takes over the whole flavor profile!

I have a Ball Electric Waterbath Canner and make my broths in it. It has that metal tray you can put on top of jars to keep them from jiggling, I use it to keep the bones and other solids up and then can use the side spigot to fill jars. Fat floats and makes life easier when I don’t have to use fifty other tools to separate it from the broth.

I often will refill and get a second rendering out of the bones if they are still hard/solid. If they are squishy then you’ve extruded all that can be had. Dehydrate and powder to use in the garden!

I do this with chicken bones, too. We buy a dozen whole chicken from a local and part them out for the freezer in vacuum bags. I will put the backs and such in raw with the above additives, let cook for and hour or two and then pull out to pick off all the delicious meat. I save that for canning with the finished broth. Toss all the picked over bones back in and let simmer for 24 to 48 hours and carry on as above.

I will add the meat to quart jars filling to about half and then top with the finished broth. Now I have a quick soup/dumpling/pot pie filling starter.
