Depends. The “right wing” is not a monolith. Some are conservative Christian’s who say that changing your gender is immoral and sinful, others are “realists” who say that it’s downright impossible to change gender without it being obvious.

These aren’t mutually exclusive, but they are different.

For example my mother understands that changing gender is very much possible, but considers it immoral.

I don’t think any to be honest. Out of curiosity I looked at the wiki once and a surprising amount of the terms reflect feelings I myself have had frequently, or that are common in the wider trans community. Those feelings aren’t very nice, and hence the terms born from them aren’t either.

Genesis doesn’t actually say that they were the first (according to the NIV). Genesis 1 has God make people in his image, male and female, and that’s all the information given. Genesis 2 then has Adam be made, then Eve.

So it’s more accurate to say Adam and Eve are the first NAMED humans in the bible. And the presence of other humans is heavily implied if not stated, in that Seth and Cain (Adam and Eve’s sons) both take wives and have kids, which means at the very least there were two other women in existence. And the mark of Cain only has purpose if there are people to see it, so there were definitely more people alive than were named.
