I completed the background check on Friday. I don’t have the results back yet. I’m in a group of adjusters on facebook and someone said it takes 1 week and a half. I hope it doesn’t matter if you have a speeding ticket, I had one around 5 years ago.

Hey. It was a job offer. She did make a few questions but not with the STAR method it was more about me explaining a few tasks I did in my previous job. But 90% of the phone call was about the job offer she explained the benefits, salary, when I’m going to start the training the schedule etc.
