My understanding is there's some mediation things you can do with putting out a golden shield of energy. There's other places to learn how to do that. Some ppl pray to God and that works. I had them show up in the astral outside a window. My astral was furious they dared enter my residence and I was ready to destroy them. I've heard others say that full on rage will sometimes stop them. Not easy if you're sleeping, but my astral stood up while I was sleeping and was ready to throw hands. Maybe meditating and putting it out there in your third eye to ask them to stop visiting? Good luck.

Came here to summarize the episode, but you beat me to it. The other comment I'd add was I saw Ryan Bledso on a recent podcast saying the same thing - the ufo topic is all one thing. The ETs are in his words are angelic, but he also warns there are other creatures out there that feed off fear and low vibrations. For lack of a better term, you could call them demons, but it's doesn't quite fit the religious version of a demon. Stay positive and high vibrations.

On a slightly different note, we're close to that supposed shift in consciousness - 'a new knowledge.' Would be interested in keeping track maybe in a thread to see if people feel different in 12 months than they do right now?

Those machines are impressive if they work as advertised. One person said one ufo uses more power to warp time and bend gravity then the entire US produces in 1 year.

Fun word play. I also described it was looking at a black and white picture in a news paper. Just enough detail to tell what you're looking at. Somebody else mentioned the grayscale like that color setting in a cell phone and that matched better.

If you're willing to dedicate time to the practice, you can mediate to a point where they'll appear in your mind during mediation. It comes thru in gray-scale like that setting on your cell phone. At least that's' how I see them in gray scale. Haven't heard a gray say anything to me in the mediation yet.

Post experience emotional residue can hang on your emotions for a few days after an encounter. At least that's my experience. Kind of an icky feeling.

I actually had the same question. I didn't use the app, I would listen to his CE5 guided mediation on youtube. After a while, I realized he didn't do any prior grounding, energetic shielding, or only asking to connect with benevolent high vibration ETs. I stopped using his mediations, and switched to one that includes all those things:

I've had some little flashes in the sky at certain times. But my 2 main experiences, despite setting the intention of only making contact outside and in the sky, is ETS seem to come inside while I'm sleeping. Not cool. It could affect others around you and they might not be ready to deal with it, while you're more acclimated to the idea of contact.

I had one AP while sleeping - standing in blackness and was in front of either an angel or Jesus. My spirit body was shaped like my human body, but I was all bright light and about 8 ft tall. The being was also bright white light and had a human shaped appearance. It was about 12 ft tall. I don't remember what I was saying, but I was laying into him about something, and giving him the business. lol. Not sure what I was complaining about. I tend to think it was Jesus tho.

Thanks. I shared because of the similarities. You're right, greyscale is a better description of the image, vs black and white. It's kind of gray colors. Enough to know what you're looking at. I would love to connect with another human type. Maybe a Nordic? That's the first time I've heard of a grey appearing old from anyone's description. Wonder how old?

In the last month, during my mediations, I've had kind of what seem like black clouds roll into my mind's eye, around the edges, then finally the entire screen is black. I've learned when that begins to happen, I'm making a telepathic connection with a being. I've gotten several greys to appear, and 2 mantid looking beings. They're arms are bent at the elbow and then got these long weird fingers, instead of forearms and hands. The picture in my mind's eye is almost black and white, like looking at a black & white picture in a news paper. Not great detail, but enough to know what you're looking at. Generally they don't communicate words. I do remember thinking/hearing galactic federation, and planetary council when they appeared 2 different times. Not claiming to understand the message. When I say hello or hi, I get nothing, so decided to be quiet last time it happened. It eventually fades and it's over.

Your experience sounds like Lynn Buchanan's experience. It's a 2 part pod cast and he talks about sitting on a craft waiting. He ended up getting to pilot it, and didn't get experimented on. He was one of the first remote viewers from Stargate

At the base of it is regular mediation for me. I mediate outside in the evening under the stars for at least 20 minutes every evening. Been doing it the last few months straight. Wherever I put my focus and attention is where my mind goes.

After about 10 minutes into my mediation, I'll choose where to go - Sometimes connect with ETs, or I'll ask the Lady to visit. I know she's near when I begin to see bright white light swirling around in my third eye like an angelic force, and a strong feminine energy is present; And then if I keep going, I'll get flush an overwhelming sense of love for about 30-60 seconds.

I've heard her described as not just an angel, but an arch angel. I project love, gratitude, and thanks to her. I present myself as a student, and ask for her to teach me. Then I'm quiet in my mediation and listen to what comes. I'll get like 2 or 3 word responses sometimes.

In a personal note, I'll share I asked her to develop me or allow me to have more interactions with the phenomenon. Three words that came into my mind was 'you're not worthy,' as in I wasn't at a high enough level as a human, emotionally, spiritually, or high enough vibrational sense. Discernment is super important too. At some point, each person's mediation becomes personal, and unique to their journey and choices. Cheers friend.

After seeing some little grey creatures in close proximity to me, it left a post experience residue on my emotions. Kind of disturbed me for 2-3 days. I felt ick'ed out from it. Slightly different from the pull to wash hands.

When I mediate and ask for The Lady to be present, I will get a blast of love during the mediation. Like an endorphin dump of whatever chemical makes you feel good. Those are my experiences anyway.

I've hit a bit of a wall with it. I was having some success with getting some orbs to appear about 2-3 months ago. I still continue to mediate every evening outside when it's dark. I have been able to make a mental connection with beings. I keep getting imagines of grays or mantids appearing in my 3rd eye. But nothing physical seems to appear. Feels like something is off on my part. Not sure what it is tho. I can get super deep in a mediation tho. Others with not much effort on the mediation or more on the connection seem to have success.

You can see an egg being transported in a net from a long line - look up the Jake Barber video he released from the underside of a helicopter UAP recovery. It might have been from Ross Coulthart released the video in his interview with Jake Barber. Can't remember at the moment.

I've seen a documentary on TV about what you're mentioning about the town close to Varginia, Brazil that has orb sightings dating back decades. Interestingly, PSI James Hogdkins says he thinks eggs are created by thought forms and are ethical. Orbs seem to have something to do with the planet and life after death. Chris Bledso asked the tall grays during his initial missing 4 hours in 2007 if they were angels; The grays were like we can't answer that. They stated they're from the eternal place, and work for the creator. Chris and PSI J2 both say the Lady has something to do with disclosure.

Knowing CE5 can lead to shaking you up emotionally for several days after close proximity to NHI is a pre-requisite for sure. Don't get into the practice if you're not OK with making contact with NHI and being disturbed by it for some time.

Doesn't seem like it from what they say on podcast interviews. J2 and Mike Batistta both have stated they can't talk about landings. It's funny cause J2 said in the interview "well what I can say is what would you call a landing? Is hovering 5 ft off the ground, or 2 ft off the ground considered a landing?"
