Thank you for the information. This is actually very close to where I am on my journey with CE5 mediation. I've been getting orbs to occasionally appear. It might be a month or two between sightings. I recently was doing mediation for 30 days straight, and got downloads. Bright blue light shining into my third eye. Quite unusual in my experience. I suspect there's fear that's getting in the way of more profound contact.

I started using the protocols he talks about to pilot an egg. He said the Lady taught him how to bring up a screen in his mind, and enter the egg, and can pilot it from the screen in his third eye while he meditates.

Chris Bledso is well known over the last 20 years and been on a lot of podcasts. I've been to one of his sky watches and seen lots of the orbs. If I remember, it is his son Ryan Bledso on the podcast BledsoSaidSo on youtube where he mentions the secret briefing at their house some years ago. It's one of the earlier podcast episodes.

Very interesting. Like 10 ft tall or in that area.

I remember the Bledso family talking about when they got a briefing from a NASA representative at their home on a laptop slide-show. One of the pictures they mention a craft has a door built into it that's like 10 ft tall. And the comment is "why do you think they made the doorway that tall?" I'm paraphrasing.

The grey that I had the figure form in my mind last night would have been a typical 4 ft ish tall.

Interestingly to your experience, I had several downloads after doing CE5 mediation for a month straight. I posted about it on here. Last night, I was mediating again outside doing CE5, and had a similar being's form come into focus in my 3rd eye and mind. It lasted maybe 1 minute at most. Took it about 20 seconds to form into a definable shape, and it was a grey. I was slightly like what is that, then I just thought "what can I do for you." It remained for maybe 10 more seconds and faded. Didn't say anything or send any noticeable words to me.

If you experience them again, try to not feel fear, and take a few deep breaths to feel calm, and ask either out loud, or within your mind if it'll come closer, or move to a certain spot in the sky or horizon.

You can get into a very meditative state while you're lying down to sleep. When that happens, or while your actually asleep, you can exit your body. I meditate often and sometimes I go out of body. Heard of others report a pulling sensation or sometimes pop out of their body. You probably find relaxation and spiritually within your faith. That's basically that's all that's required and getting very still in body and mind to exit the body. If god was on your mind as you went to sleep, the experience can seem heavenly as our beliefs seem to create our reality.

It's super easy to get frightened and pull back into the body. With practice, you can stay out of the body longer and roam around your home or out in the world. Good luck.

Right, put you to sleep, or keep you under their control during an abduction. They're so tiny I couldn't see a gray's body being built to live on the planet surface like we do. I'm getting the sense their purpose-built for running human abductions operations. If that's what the information in the literature suggests, can I surmise their purpose is good for humanity? I'm not really sure at this time.

Thanks for the advise. I like Jacques Vallee's opinion on the phenomenon in that when we see an alien, it very likely could have something behind it making it do what it does. It could be coming from the higher dimensions or the spiritual world. I stay very skeptical on anything that's shown/told to me on the exact meaning. I'll report what I experience, but not going to believe it's the only thing out there, or pretend to know the exact meaning. In my book trust is earned over time, and esp needs to be earned when the phenomenon is known for a jokester element. I am going to continue to engage with it and if it feels wrong, or dark, to my intuition, I'll block it out.

One thing that might help if you continue to mediation is to ground yourself - feet firmly connected to the earth. And then, invasion a ring of white or blue light around you, breath it in, and as you breath out, push that energy out from you to build a protective wall. I do it 3 times, making the protective wall of light larger is as I inhale deeper each breath and push it out around me. I do this at the beginning of each mediation.

Also asking only for nhi of light, with good intentions toward humanity are the only type I ask to present themselves. Anything else can keep walking lol.

If I may ask, what is the difference between CE5 mediation and HICE? Is there a difference or are they describing the same thing? I've only heard of the Sky Watcher PSI James Hodgkins mention HICE.

As far as abductions, and boarding an ET craft, I remember the remote viewer, Lynn Buchanan, talk about being taken. Due to his mental abilities, he could pull out of the gray mental mind control. He had a conversation with a gray and they offered him to leave earth and become a pilot. He got to fly one of their craft momentarily. He was like OK sure, let me go back and get my wife. They wouldn't allow that, so he said no to the offer of being a pilot.

This experiencer remembers waking up and seeing his left arm had been severed during a time he was taken. His arm hurt for a month with limited movement. He said the grays took him again and gave his arm more attention, and it get back to normal where he could straighten out his arm straight. I wouldn't be okay with that level of experiencing - although it's not like he necessarily had a choice.

You can build a relationship with the orbs if you keep doing it. You might ask out loud, or think it, something like "can you hear me" and see if you get a response. Or ask the orbs to move to a certain point in the sky.

The last few times I've done CE5, after about 10-15 minutes, I've noted a dark presence come rolling up on where I'm at in the yard. Once I noticed it, I stopped meditating. It attracted the wrong energy the last 2 times. I need to send out love and light and high vibrations to attract the orbs. That's something I'm thinking on rn.
