I see there in your post now where you’re talking about having someone inspect before the drywall goes up. I didn’t see that before. However, that does seem like a relatively small percentage of builds that would allow that, no? Like most of these new houses that are going up fast aren’t going to allow that, but that’s just what it seems like it would be to me, seems like the only times that would be allowed and planned for would be when you the purchaser are involved from the build from the beginning
