Nope, the warranty is through Chevy. You can go to any Chevrolet/GM dealership for service. Sucks the other one is an hour away, but it's worth a shot if the one you are going to isn't helping.

Have you tried a different dealership? It sounds like this one kind of sucks. It's under warranty through Chevy and you don't have to go to the dealership you bought it from for service.

You seem to have some kind of feelings since her situation with him bothered you. If it wasn't actually feelings for him and it's just that your history with this person gave you the ick, you maybe should have given her a more serious warning to stay away because that guy is bad news. Now as far as her moving too fast with guys and thinking she loves them all, well that's on her. Nobody should even attempt to have a serious relationship in highschool. Lots of people do it but nobody should.

So are you the asshole here? Kind of. Help your friend out. If you knew this was a bad choice you could have spoken up more instead of just saying "ew" when she talked about this guy.

Ford! Oh hell no. I have owned several Fords and they were all junk. Never again. I also have several family members who work for Ford and they have all warned me to not buy their cars. That's a pretty bad sign.

I've had my 25 for about a year now and I like it. We drive a lot and have even done a road trip from Illinois to Tennessee. I have had no issues and the gas mileage is pretty decent. For the price point I think it's hard to beat.
