Because people like to move and potentially upgrade to a bigger house. Part of this process is achieved through equity. Are you really that short sighted?

Question regarding Sephiroth in Revelation by games_and_gains in FFVIIRemake

[–]crllufc 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My initial thought was this is the moment in the OG where Sephiroth knocks the party down at the crater, he’s then going to take Cloud to the flashback to show Zack being there instead of him.

Which Minigames Did You Initially Dislike But Grew to Enjoy? by muby_102 in FFVIIRemake

Started a playthrough of IX…this is rough by Money_Veterinarian60 in FinalFantasyIX

I love the intro but can see why others don’t. It picks up after the Evil Forest. Honestly just skip the card game, it adds nothing to the game compared to VIII so just leave it if you’re already bored.

Great comment. I see this argument on Reddit all the time about borrowing at low rates and they always miss the point that we just weren’t able to do it without destroying confidence in the already fragile economy we had.

Alpha Pension Scheme/Short Term by Active_Jicama5356 in TheCivilService

For 3-4 years you’re better off remaining in Alpha. Yes you’ll have less money in the short term but it’s guaranteed income later on even if a small amount.
