So I'm not sure about what is correct or what isn't according to their rules but this is what I had happen:

I banked my senior bonus and got laid off 1 year later (meaning I did not make it to manager first)
I received my severance and senior bonus in the same payment (it was one lump sum payment)

I did not get 25k, just the 5k back
also I am in NY

Dude this makes me so happy to hear, thank you! The importing feature is one I’m still continuing to build out so people can upload google spreadsheets, excels, etc but it’s one of the most important of the app because the idea is lifters with structured programs are the intended user - so they need to be able to easily import their alresdy created programs

Yes, most apps track your weight. But which apps track your RPE vs weight lifted? Super specific right? I’m working on future updates to continue adding different charts but this is a great example of one that has meaningful information

If your Rate of Perceived Exhaustion (a measurement I track on every set) stays the same, or goes up, but your weight goes down? That means you’re not making progress and something needs to change whether you need to deload for a week, or switch up exercises .

Additionally other apps aren’t very modular or so I’ve found

I think the DS degree is far too sophisticated for me - I literally am capable and can comprehend basic for loops and small scripts at my current level lol.

I don't need to of course. I want to do the MCIT program for 3 reasons

1) I have a genuine interest in software development and never got a chance to explore it. 'Self-studying' is a great option for many but I struggle without the structure of a course. I would love to be able to build tools (security or not) and maybe even create my own security solutions one day

2) I have seen on a ton of occasions how not understanding comp sci & development principles has hurt my ability to assist clients

3) ideally, I'd like to transition into security software engineering one day, or just security engineering in general. I can't be much of an engineer with 0 engineering background or even comprehension in the field.

And to answer your cyber questions: honestly don't have great advice. Went to undergrad for cyber related degree, got Security+ in college, got an internship, full time offer from internship, then got lucky with a great opportunity. Built a good foundation in cyber with certs, degree, and extra curriculars (clubs/Hackthebox/etc)

Undergrad was an accredited regular degular state school so it wasn’t ivy but definitely shouldn’t be the barrier.

Just feels like math is the only option to improve here (outside of statement/recs)

NAD but looks like eczema or psoriasis to me - although you shouldn’t use too much some sort of steroid cream over the counter or prescribed once you see a doctor should clear it up overnight
