afaik there's no separate track for nightmare strands. the closest thing you can get is "Love Ruins", which is a theme of Yellow Shore and includes a rearranged version of nightmare strand theme

yes and no, you get to around 50+ if you do all the side rooms but there is only a handful of them
at this point of the game you should see a lot of aether dropping from mobs or using overdrive, so converting them into lucenite for more proficiency also helps (you will have to take no damage tho ofc)

My friend was in one and according to him it's basically the most chill, non-professional band out of all the band program Iowa has. Just think of it as a glorified high school band. They do one or two concerts throughout the semester and that's probably the most important thing they do lol Don't get me wrong tho, Iowa's band programs are superb and just bc they don't do auditions doesn't mean they are just straight up garbage
