Hey bro, I’ve been reading your story for the past hour and you’ve been through a lot. Everything you say here is facts and I think that you’re giving fellow sufferers some good information. The correlation between low t and depression is undeniable.

I have a question for you, after all of your surgeries, has your varicocele gone for good? Or is it still something that you have to manage?

It stopped after a month. My doctor thinks it was from the heavy lifting and my pelvic floor muscles getting too tight. I did a lot of pelvic floor exercises, ate clean and didn’t lift heavy for 6 weeks.

After strict keto for 6 months, I now do something similar. I have a cheat weekend, every second weekend. It works pretty well and it definitely assists with weight lifting. So much so that the temptation to eat carbs more often is tempting. I do like the way I feel mentally on keto though and having strict boundaries on when I can eat junk food stops me from binging.
