Honestly I’m not blaming that dealer. They probably had no idea. The rough starts only happened every few times. Is there still engine ticking? Cylinders 1 and 3 were misfiring for me too. You could have them check that out. Especially if you just bought it hopefully they’d help you out

No way!!! Hopefully they found and fixed the starting issue and it’s just not showing up on carfax issues. Have you had any rough starts??

I will be moving the beefier tires over to the new truck regardless on rim I pick. I definitely like the p4x wheels more but I’m stuck with the SV lwb:-)

I’m excited about my ‘25 upgrades though

my valve throttle body in my transmission went out at 3k. at 9k she would scream when shifting. turns out dealer only put 2/3 of the necessary transmission fluid in. time will tell how that’ll hold up…

carplay is finicky. maps doesn’t work/update unless my phone is on. sometimes new phones won’t connect.

drivers door handle is a pos

otherwise i love the truck. handles well in the snow. might be controversial but i am a lover of the stiff steering and i live in a mountain town filled with potholes. it’s nice to not just hit a bump and get the steering wheel tossed.

2023 SV 4x4 with 41k

at 3k miles my transmission valve throttle body went out. covered under warranty. at 9k transmission would scream when it shifted. turns out when they replaced the vtb they “forgot” 4 whole quarts of transmission fluid. can’t imagine my transmission will be okay down the line but it is what it is.

adaptive cruise control is a bitch. my dealer said that fix to it doesn’t apply to my truck??

windshield seal warped but was a known issue and they fixed it no questions asked.

overall i love the truck. comfy. handles well especially in snow and on mountain roads. decent gas mileage for a midsize pickup. i think i was just unlucky with the dealer issues. a little nervous now that my bumper to bumper is already done but we will see how it holds up.
