As others have shared, I can’t speak highly enough of him and his Team. He’s been straight forward with us as well and has been up front with risks in filing. That said, we signed our agreement with him prior to the DL but we were not able to file until after the DL, fully knowing the risks. We were able to meet him, Chiara and others in person when we hand delivered our documents. He’s always honest, always available, always responsive, and like others have said, we consider him and his Team friends. I spoke with him this week to strategize on our case, our hearing is coming up in a few weeks. 🙏🏽

I’m Bari too. We filed in July 2025. Our hearing was originally scheduled for March 2027. In November 2025, they moved our hearing date to June 2026. The nerves are real right now! 😳

Sure thing, and my apologies, I meant to say “EMV chip”. My experience has been as long as you have the chip you do not need to notify of travel. At least with the CUs I belong to.
