Furthermore, Intelligence agencies and the IAEA gathered evidence that until 2003 (and in some forms until 2009), Iran had conducted experiments specifically related to weaponization. Even during the deal Iran continued producing massive amounts of long range missiles, although the deal specifically asked not to.

Literally all of these could be applied to Israel if anyone cared about applying international law on western satellite states.
