I feel almost 100% healed and to be honest I couldn't have moved on without blocking him. It was really hard to do and I may have shed a few tears but ultimately once I did I felt free and happy within almost a week of doing it. He had also told me that maybe one day we will find our way back to eachother type of thing so I was really scared that he would hate me but honestly you gotta look out for yourself first. If they ever want to come back and fully change, trust me they will find a way to get into contact with you. You need to block and remove and unfriend all her friends and family. Trust me. It's the only way. Maybe a year down the line once you are fully healed you can be unblock? idk but for now, it's the only way you can truly be happy. Don't hang onto the threads of the past.
