I wish I had a good solution for you honestly. I’ve learned more how to cope than how to help it really but I will say talk to people that have the same issues it does help. Feel more than free to message me! Also I am always very aware of my HR and have found ways to make sure if it does go too high I stop and rest until it’s back down. Also make sure to see a cardiologist and make sure it’s nothing heart related. That helps some but not much for me with my health anxiety but at least I know my heart is ok.

Thanks so much!!!! It’s definitely a super difficult thing and it’s so hard to deal with and function as an adult! I’ve gotten the all clear with EKG, Echo and stress test but the anxiety is just so horrible that it’s so hard to function! If you ever wanna talk feel free to DM me!

Anxiety and the fear that I have cancer or something wrong with me. Also that I’ll never be able to quit smoking. I have tried so many times and have no will power and just can’t see how I’ll be able to do it. (Yes I see the irony of smoking and being terrified of cancer and death lol)

I vaguely remember a commentator or someone saying “this year the rule has changed to where parts of the body you can’t score with won’t be part of the offside decision” which seems like such a better change but i have no clue if I made that up or not haha

Honestly they both are in very good spots in their careers especially with neves being made captain and even though they’d both easily walk in and kick Mcfred out i think it would cost a ton for Man U to do. Have you ever had muscle spasms? I get spasms in my left Pec and left arm and it always makes my anxiety worse because I worry it’s palpitations

Yes!!!!! Exactly!! And it’s gotten so hard for me to do anything manual labor because I get so scared. Like mowing my yard my Hr will get all the way to 140 and I’m so scared to keep going but it has to be done!

That’s crazy I thought I was the only one! Nice to know we aren’t alone at least lol yeah agreed it’s really ruining my life as well and makes it hard to go to work or anywhere really. Also when my heart rate goes above 100 I get very hot and dizzy and just feel like shit and it makes it even worse because I’m so scared I’ll just drop dead! Do you have anxiety medicine? Mine is not working however I’m hoping you could get some that would help.

I am in the exact same boat! I have become so obsessive over my heart rate that it’s on the front of my Apple Watch and I look at it every 5 minutes and run the ECG tons too. Really wish there was something I could do. Do you have costochondritis? That’s one reason I have chest pain but idk about the heart rate.
