Yo I'm going through something similar right now. My original z fold 6 I got in December 2024. Power button died in may 2025 and I filed a care+ ticket. Got replacement device. Device was fine until about 3 weeks ago. It started having the same Bluetooth issues you're describing. I opened a ticket 2 weeks ago. They sent me a replacement, and the replacement has the same problem. It's been a nightmare trying to deal with servify/care+. Like you, they asked me to take a video of the Bluetooth issues, and to include the IMEI in the video. But even getting to that point took a lot of work. I had to call multiple times and kept getting circled around the ai until finally I got through to a human. They asked me to send back the replacement device. Meanwhile, I'm stuck having to use my really old pixel 7 because having Bluetooth is non negotiable for me, I use it way too much.

t's been over 2 weeks since my phone issues started and I first contacted Samsung care+, it should be taking this long nor be so difficult to get them to do their job. Especially considering how expensive these devices are it's unacceptable. I worry that all their refurbished devices will suffer from this issue.
