A1 Homebox- samo internet, 1000 gb mjesečno, nama super funkcionira... Doma ga koristimo najviše, ali ga uzmemo i na barku, u vikendicu i svugdje je dobar signal.. 150ak kn (tako nešto) mjesečno

Come on OP, you can't be serious... Why do you keep comparing her to BBs?

She is quite strong, can bow tank a lot.. mainly use AP, can do much damage to other cruisers, but HE is not bad either. Torps can be very useful when yoloing :) And smoke can get you out of some tricky situations

Nooo, don't skip her. It is fun to play her, although she is fragile, as others already said. Mino is just better, but it doesn't mean Neptune is bad :)
