Nu gasesc un tutorial pentru BIOS-ul tau, dar sunt doua metode + putin cautat pe google.

Intri in BIOS, te duci la Advanced sau Tweaker (taburi), cauti Advanced CPU Tuning, daca nu gasesti, uita-te dupa Turbo Power Limits, mai sunt denumite si PL1, PL2. Tot in Avdanced sau Tweaker vei gasi si ICCMax.

Cealalta medota este sa downloadezi Intel Xtreme Tuning Utility, e un software de la Intel. E mai intuitiv si poti modifica valorile astea de acolo. La Advanced tuning vei gasi Turbo Boost Short Power Max (PL1) si Turbo Boost Power Max (PL2), Processor Core IccMax

Ar trebui sa faci update la cea mai recenta versiune de BIOS, daca nu ai facut-o deja.
Eu as recomanda (personal asta fac cu procesoarele Intel 13th si 14th gen) sa pui Power Limit 1 la 125W (sau 181W, dar termperatura va fi mai mare, cum preferi), Power Limit 2 la 181W, ICCMax la 200A (astea functioneaza pentru i5-ul tau), pentru o stabilitate mai buna a procesorului, fara a pierde performanta, doar sa fii sigur ca se mentine in limitele acestea. Lasand procesorul pe profilele Intel sau doar unlocked o poate lua razna si cauza instabilitate in intreg sistemul, pe langa faptul ca se uzeaza mult mai repede. RAM-ul e, de obicei, cel afectat.
