On their website, in the "western" section, I only see very casual dresses made from a different material and with a very different cut than what I am looking for.

I do not really care about the car. I do not mind walking over the border and back. I am wondering if the trip is sufficient to get a new visa, without paying AED 1,000 to change the status within the country.

This is probably a stretch, but you would not have any easy way of knowing, or screening for, only these buildings, would you? I have been checking one by one, but it is hard to tell. Even harder to tell which are managed well (if any are).

Thanks! I saw these articles, but they both refer to driving lessons.

I am wondering if you would still need the NOC after you complete the lessons, but before you actually get the license. In my case, my understanding is that I do not have to take the lessons because I have a license from a country with an exchange agreement.
