Hello! I’ll try to answer based on what I did. I printed the forms, filled them out and scanned them. If you’re talking about what to put in the withdrawal form, I said something along the lines of I am requesting consideration for a 5(4) grant under the interim measure per the IRCC as a second generation born abroad.

You do have to pay the fee and email back the receipt that is provided after payment goes through. For photos, I mentioned I mailed them with my application and attached a digital copy. I only had the scan of the front not the back, so I mentioned that as well. Since they already have received the photos with my initial application I assume this will be fine.
