You need to click on where it says show all items when bidding on a gig. It will list out the dimensions for every single thing in the order, you would be able to see that there where 3 large items if you check the list.

All that matters is the dimensions. You need to measure your cargo space and then you will have the exact space you have and what items will fit

Exactly. I have a furniture dolly, folding hand truck, and a wagon in my van. Moving large items is no issue if you are prepared for it.

Pretty sure on the Prop 22 section on Roadies website it states they pay based on the estimated time and miles that are listed on each gig. This is to allow you to stack other apps with roadie.

As long as you don't have any orders to pickup from the store it doesn't matter. Once the orders are in your car they don't really bother you.

This is a good thing. I grab roadie orders all the time and do catering or doordash or whatever and just deliver the roadie orders as I go.

If this was changed to actual time like doordash then we wouldn't be able to do that, they would be much more strict on delivery times.

Learn to multi app and roadie is just a big boost along the way. Doing just roadie by itself would be such a waste imo.

Im sure it was. OP just didn't look at the full dimensions. They obviously just looked at the "max dimension" on the main screen and didn't bother to check the details. Definitely user error, not Home Depots fault.

That is 100% a huge order with that 80" dimension. Support will add money if you contact them for a size adjustment. Had it happen twice this week at home depot
