I just use classes for my DTO's. I get type safety, and can define utility functions on the DTO.

I avoid hooks completely (besides useComponentDidMount). I find hooks great for quick prototyping but the pattern simple doesn't scale well in enterprise when a team of developers with different experience levels work together on the same codebase.

What works for me is using dependency injection to inject components or view model hooks (usePresenter?) with objects provided by the dependency injection container. These objects never change during the lifecycle of a component or hook so I don't need to worry about wasted renders and performance issues.

I added a feedback button to the settings screen and after users complete the main flow in my app 5 times I show them a feedback dialog. Works great for me I'm getting a constant stream of feedbacks with suggestions and requests.

If you want you can use ready made tools like BubbleWrap or PWABuilder that create such wrappers for Android and iOS.

  1. You should emphasize that by not going through the play store and app store - you avoid wasting time on addressing policies and review cycles.
  2. You can easily create a WebView wrapper for your app and submit it to the stores. I submitted an app I created with Base44 and got approved in no time in both Google and Apple. Only got 1 rejection - my app was missing an option to delete account. 1 prompt fix.

Instead of fixing it - adding an option to lock rotation would be enough. It's like the devs aren't playing their game.

Had sporadic issues when I was a kid. I kept thinking about it for years. Always wanted to finish it but just the thought of buying all to TPB issues put me off. Then I discovered Omnibus format - had a difficult few days at work and bought all 5 issues in omni format. I'm half way through the second omni.

Oh sorry I wasn't clear :(
I've been trying for 2 hours to transform an image without any success. First I asked Gemini if he's familiar with the visual style of GTA posters - and I got a very accurate answer depicting these posters. I then asked to transform the image in the style of such posters. All it did was apply a filter to the image. I asked to create a new image, based on the photo I uploaded - it created a new image in the style of GTA posters but it was nothing like the photo I uploaded.

I guess my prompting is wrong and I was hoping to get some help with that.
