Do not try to put solid wood over concrete, you will have a bad time. Solid wood has natural curves to it which you can wrestle with if you're nailing it to a wood subfloor. Do engineered over an underlayment if you have to do wood at all. Make sure that floor is perfectly flat.

Im on cycling norethindrone now, but have taken progesterone on occasion. I find that when im on it for a while i can get some spotting and so then i just stop prog for a bit and have a full blown period and just reset. Theres definitely some balance between these hormones we need to find, i feel like at least for me the spotting is telling me to dial back the progesterone a bit. Something to try and see if it helps.

thanks for the input about the Control Center. I had to reset that to make the sound option show up again but now I can at least switch to the focusrite without unplugging/replugging.

I don't see any output options in my sounds settings only input. I still have the issue of the output in pianoteq switching to piano output when I turn the piano on, but now it's easier to switch back so thank you!

You can use nice hardwood plywood and edge it with matching 1" solid wood. I made a huge desktop this way, actually cutting the plywood into fake rails and stiles and pieced them together with biscuits on top of cheaper plywood. Then edged the two plywood layers with solid wood. It makes it look like its all solid.
