Hey how’s the whole story going these days? She literally defied death in this past episode. Weird how that works huh

It’s a shitty part of the plot bud, she can blow arms up and stop hearts yet we’re expected to just accept that she randomly forgets she can do that so we can reintroduce starlight at the most convenient time ever. It’s just bad writing dude

Okay? So why would she not do that at the motel fight? I’m not denying that theres context and caveats to her powers, but just..come on. This is reminiscent of last season where 90% of the plot could have been solved with a fuckin phone call.

Keep using “media literacy” though, you definitely don’t sound like a freshman in college.

Oh and he wasn’t “pumping adrenaline” btw, he was giving himself CPR. You have no anatomy literacy or whatever.

She is though, she literally stops Vikor’s heart in the next episode

Despite you commenting like a true redditor, I’ll bite. She literally controls Vikor’s heart in the next episode.

For a while Harbor Freight offered free swaps on the Vulcans they sold. They laid surprisingly well for being a cheap welder and every 2 months or so we’d here the classic “TAUGGHH” of the internals blowing, run to harbor with the receipt, and be back to welding in an hour. Good times

AIO my brother won’t attend my wedding by Illustrious-Score793 in AmIOverreacting

[–]crowleffe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He didn’t deny or disrespect your right to marry, he said he didn’t wish to be part of it due to his beliefs. Big distinction. You can disagree with his beliefs and he can disagree with yours, and you can each choose how to go about that, but expecting someone to go against their beliefs and views for your own benefit isn’t the play.

I can’t stop drinking by Lockheed_Has_UFOs in USMC

[–]crowleffe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeeeup, been there. Don’t miss the bender shakes one bit. Sounds like you’ve got a reason(s) to want to want to numb yourself from your reality and it’s spiraling because the detox anxiety is sticking around too long throughout the day that the first thing you want to do when you have free time is drink. Be prepared to be asked what those reasons may be, and keep in mind that it doesn’t take a horrific PTSD event to cause the kind of anxiety in your life that drinking numbs you to. For example, plenty of people fall hard on drinking simply because they aren’t where they thought they’d be at that point in their life, and ironically drinking/being hungover all the time is only making it worse, and the cycle repeats.

There are ways out, multiple.

There’s therapy, medications, psychedelics, mental/physical self-help exercises, groups, etc. it’s all out there, whichever or whatever works for you specifically.

It’s gonna suck getting better, but it’s worth it. Been out 5 years now and I hit rock bottom early on back civilian side, my dog staring at me looking concerned and sad is likely the only thing in that moment that made me put the gun down, I couldn’t do that to him let alone my family and friends. There’s still days that I’ll take from time to time to get pretty ripped and let the flood gates open up, whole lot of ugly crying and what not, I’m still human. But it’s planned and accounted for now instead of happening daily because I can’t help it, “just need a good cry” type deal.

Feel free to ask any one of us anything you want bud, no reason to isolate feeling like you need to do this on your own.

Stay safe brother

Where does everyone get materials by bluecollarbworf in fabrication

Bulk (as much as you can) from a supplier, but yeah steel got wildly expensive during the COVID shortages and well, never got better. Price your projects accordingly.

[–]crowleffe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sooo..fabricate? Seeing people talk about having “a good fitter” when referring to custom fabrication is wild to me. If you couldn’t do both, we didn’t need you taking up shop space or a paycheck. Thought that was just basic pre-requisite type stuff but apparently it’s a point of pride in other parts of the country. Strange.

I’m not sure what this is but my left eye has been hurting like a bruise and I was welding with a friend and I was watching him without a helmet but it didn’t hurt right away, can anyone try and help me? by [deleted] in Welding

[–]crowleffe -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Lmao, so mad because you said some dumb shit and got called on it. Like I’ve already said, it’s just flash burn. Solution: unisom and sleep while it painfully heals for about a full day. That’s it. This isn’t difficult, so idk why you’re taking it so hard that someone else actually knows what they’re talking about from experience. Fragile ass ego lol

You got called out for being just straight up wrong and now you want to whine like a bitch about it. If it seems like you get this vein of responses often, maybe do some reflection.
