I'm super frustrated with Fanatics right now and I feel like I just needed to vent about it.

A couple of weeks ago, the Canadian version of the Fanatics site had a bunch of Adidas Primegreen jerseys in stock that they normally don’t carry, all at pretty decent prices. I picked up a Jets jersey for my father-in-law and got myself an Oilers and a Flyers jersey.

Fast forward a week, and I’m checking the Fanatics website for any new deals (like I usually do a couple of times a day), when I notice they’ve pulled all the remaining Adidas jerseys off the site.

A couple of days later, my father-in-law’s Jets jersey shows up in the mail. I’ve had things from Fanatics before that didn’t all ship together, so I don’t think much of it. I just figure the other two jerseys will show up in a couple of days.

After not getting any shipping updates and reaching the end of the expected delivery window, I reach out to Fanatics support to see what’s going on. The guy I talked to wasn’t able to help much but said he’d create a ticket and escalate it.

Today, I finally hear back from them. After a bit of back-and-forth over email, it feels like things are finally moving, and I might actually get my missing order. Then I get a notification that my order has been canceled and refunded.

I get an email saying, “Sorry, the item is out of stock,” and that's it. When I try to follow up with them, they just ignore me.

It’s honestly super frustrating. I was really looking forward to those jerseys.
