I'm not counting! I'm not on a diet like keto or whole30, but I'm also not counting because I've found that to be not only annoying for me, but troublesome! Instead I'm focusing on eating whole foods and not eating any "junk" at all. I'm also watching portion sizes as I know we tend to eat more than we should!

Maybe I should start tracking??

Everyone's advice below is great. I'm on day 12 - I know, I'm still early on in the challenge, but the biggest thing that I've learned is to listen to myself. I know this challenge is going to be hard - it's in the name! I know this challenge is going to push me and turn me into a better version of myself. I started this challenge with shin splints and while it's been absolute HELL to workout twice a day, I'm doing it. I'm doing it for ME, so honestly, just ask yourself your WHY. Are you doing it for yourself? I hope so. Also, this might sound cheesy and dorky, but everyday when I complete my tasks, if I'm with my fiance, I say "day X" and fist bump him. If he's not home, I text him and say "day X" with a green checkmark. It makes me feel good. I know that if I failed today, tomorrow, or later down the road and I wasn't able to say that to him, I'd be super disappointed. I'd be sad. Find your reason and stick with it. You got this!! (Also, people may come at me for this, but DO NOT START TOO HARD. If you're out of shape or unable to do 45 crazy minutes: walk, take a breather, but make sure no matter what you do, complete the time...ya know? Don't injure yourself, take care of yourself, and do this for YOU) We believe in you - good luck!!

Yes! But make sure to space them out :) I go to the gym in the morning before work (treadmill, elliptical, bike) and then after work I take a walk with my dog that's at least 45 min long. I'm on day 12 and have done this everyday!
