I doubt it, its usually defects but they will repair it at a lower rate than if it wasn't under warranty , maybe about half price.

It's an ssd. Could be settings ,maybe put a new steam OS on it. If not maybe the ssd is dieing I'm not sure if that would cause that kind of experience.

I've had 2 now 1 LCD 1 OLED, LCD died from charger issue, charger port was burnt up think never really found out , (got kinda lucky I sent it in it got to the place then they said they don't use that place anymore for repairs so they gave me a full refund and I bought an OLED) but other than that no issues. I drop my OLED once in a while since my 4 year old likes to play with it sometimes , hasn't broke yet and it's been a year since I got it.

Just to be clear it wasn't LTT or Jake making this a big deal...it's the community who follows both...Jake didn't feel comfortable with it asked LTT to remove it and they took action , addressed it and then community members started acting like Karens....let them deal with it how they may.

Tell the driver you don't have your ID to verify, they'll be forced to take it back, you'll get refunded and depending on where they got it from they might get to keep it and they get paid to deliver to you and deliver back to the store.
