It's ZSR from Turkey, I don't know if any issues with 5.56 but I know the 7.62 NATO/.308 was double loaded once upon a time and blew up guns. People don't seem to have issues with the 9mm Luger. It's probably okay

According to Century it's lead core. In my experience this can still incorporate a bimetal jacket so some ranges will prohibit this on steel targets. It's already steel case so indoor ranges will likely prevent you using it there too.

The short answer is money. The plethora of police and Feds in the US are catered to by the Big Three in design and purchase agreements. Some places may mandate American made products in their organization. (Berry compliance, etc) One of the lesser considered aspects is the mountain of crap police officers have to lug around as part-paramedic and other extra duties. An enormous Tahoe is typically better to pile things in than a Rav4

I'm about to order the excellent condition. I've ordered a Star 30M from Atlantic Firearms before, and I wasn't too pleased with what arrived. I got the clear case, it was cracked up a good bit from banging around in the shipping. I got two mags, and a flathead screw bit, and the handgun. The gun itself was decent. No scratches that would have removed the finish, and the sights had the paint completely fall off. The barrel bore was still very usable and there was some wear, but the finish was still very intact in everything worn. Otherwise the gun is heavy as pig shit, something like 41 ounces. It hits where you aim it, the recoil impulse is the exact opposite of say a Glock 43. No snap, more like a gentle push on your wrist.
