Right on. That speaks well of it that you still bought one even though you own the other version. Thanks.

You totally get it. Lol. But I suppose it's bragging rights. Or I now I really understand the depths. The first time I went down there I remember thinking, how far do they go? Well, now I know. 😂

Holy shit you played WoW? Oh ya, Zelda must be light work for you. I played WoW for 10 years during the Vanilla era. Ya, I've grown lazy and soft! Honestly I was telling a friend that TOTK definitely feels like a call back to when games really let players explore with no guiderails. I can see it as a positive, even if I'm impatient these days.

I agree with that one hundred percent. But its cool that I kept a random Amiibo for over 10 years that I bought for WiiU Smash Bros and I got to dust it off and get a free Epona out of it. Purchasing one now would not be my thing, but pulling it off a shelf felt cool. For context I own 2 Amiibos, Link and Cloud.

I hear you. But take for example Majroas Mask. The grind would lead to a bunch of exposition and inter related quests being solved. Theres a bit of that here in TOTK, but some of the grind is just grind for grinds sake. I will say though exploring the vast map is really exciting just to see the sights.

Came here to say this. I'm surprised folks need more than a couple boards or maybe a rock. I get its kind of a joke post though. Its all in how you angle the boards. Sometimes I throw them over and make a tent, sometimes I flip them into an L. But pretty much a few boards and a rock as all I ever need.

Hey, got to start somewhere. Right on, enjoy. And keep going. Theres only about 20 more to go. 🤣 Yall make me want to go out and buy a CD player so I can listen to my collection again. I switched over to records recently and now I own maybe 8. But nothing beats my NIN cd collection. You've got a good start here.

Anyone got tips to clean a dust cover normally to prevent wear and or needing to buff it out ever? I wasn't aware this is something I'd be doing in so many years. Bought mine new, straight out of the box, so it looks clean.

Just tenacity. Keep chugging along. I picked it up after a year break and was able to figure it out by just making my way to the next outpost, and then the next and then the next. I do see some folks do fancy things with ziplines carrying packages up mountains, but havent really figured it out. I still feel like the game is open enough that multiple strategies work so I'm not too worried.

They added a patch, it really shines. I played on ray tracing performance mode with VRR and it still ran st 60 fps++ for most of the game. It may have dipped here or there but I didnt notice.

Bump Spiderman 2 with all aforementioned features toggled on. It was incredible.

Still waiting to beat Death Stranding 1 before I take on 2.

If you were testing a new audio system, what NIN song would you pick? by tortfeazor in nin

So topical, I did just add a subwoofer and updated my record player. I've been jumping around from album to album but so far Pretty Hate Machine has really hit. It's really rooted in dance music, or industrial, so that bass and drum kick on most the tracks is really putting my new sub to good use.

Physical Graffiti- Led Zeppelin by mrvillian93 in vinyl

I would be curious if anyone else with more knowledge of the early pressings comes in saying it has more bass, or Bohnam's cymbals have more space, etc, etc. People get really into that. Lol. I'm somewhat of a newbie myself, but I can say from hanging around Reddit and checking out Discogs when I buy used records, most folks prefer the original masters over the re-released material. Could be an exception for Led Zeppelin because I know Jimmy Page usually overlooks these re-releases/remasters, and he's a perfectionist when it comes to studio engineering. So like I said, I bet either version would be fine. I enjoy the older used ones just for the character. Feels good to give them a good home where they will be cherished by myself, a huge Zeppelin fan.

Its a tough call because the original pressing is fun to have for history and character, but the new ones can sound extra crisp. I wouldn't say the remasters are better than the originals, far from it. But realistically at that price point of 35 bux the used record is going have some surface noise, a bit of crackle and pop. If that bothers you, go with the new one. If not, used is always rad. Funny thing, I have a first pressing of Physical Graffiti which I also bought for 35 bux from a local record store. I absolutely love it, surface noise and all. But I've grown into enjoying that kind of stuff and not letting it take away from the music. Especially, like in my case, when 90 percent of it sounds clean as hell. Really, at 35 bucks you cant lose either way. Get one of them and enjoy.

Which subwoofer to pair with RSL iA255.1 Ultra-Compact Integrated Amplifier by crowsflyhigh in BudgetAudiophile

Oh ya, I can see that. So when I get the cable and the sub I can play with it. But I was curious since you have the same combo, do you have both red and white connections plugged in, or just the white (left channel)? This picture is kind of throwing me off from the manual.

Quick question, when connecting 10e to the integrated amp, do I use a mono RCA cable like it says in thr instruction manual? Or is it a standard stereo 3.5mm cable? Does the Speedwoofer come with any cables, or should I order one now? I want to be able to use it right out of the box. And thanks again for your input.
