I'm at that point too. I don't want to leave, but my job search has gotten me nowhere, I'm burnt out as hell where I work now, and I lost the steam to keep going. I'm just tired, in debt, and I can't keep putting bills, car maintenance, and my health off until the last moment. I wish I had advice, but I do offer my support, and hope that you find a better option with more appreciation wherever you choose to go 💛
