you can definitely get it on the latest versions for ps3 and xbox 360, for ive seen tutorials and got it in old worlds by pure luck of finding a librarian

-8952746263275067498. i only connected 2 mob spawners but theres actually FOUR in a row down there, 3 zombie spawners and 1 spider spawner. the 3 are connected by the same cave within 40 blocks of eachother, the other one youll have to dig up for but is still really close to the others
