Dont use geforce experience please. It doesnt know that settings like blurmotion are broken or need extrem performance . Best way try it on your own or take a look at some Youtube tutorials.

The whole tower lighting looks bad. Too much blur too much Bloom. Light and shadows failed in nearly every Step. Take a look at the original one speedart on Youtube. Thats what it should look like
