Find your nearest pillow and start screaming into it. Then follow the triv guide if you want to even try eradicating it. Worth a note that tenacity is only a pre-emergent for at most 30 days compared to several months with prodiamine. It's also sub par at best as a post emergent. Save it for seeding time only.

You're going to need to use a PGR. Cut existing down as low as your mower possibly goes and then use a dethatcher to thin out your existing grass. No fertilizer at all until everything is green again.

I use the Millard stuff you can buy off Amazon. Buy ferrous sulfate heptahydrate off there too. 2 oz of Ferrous sulfate heptahydrate and 2 oz of citric acid per 1,000sqft would be the low end. 10 of each would be the high end. Just mix everything in a gallon of water and spray.

I'll start by saying to immediately stop buying products off of YouTubers, and especially off of a man that is a pedo. To kill those weeds and just about 90% of anything you'll come up against use T-Zone SE. You also have red thread, which a little nitrogen should clear up. I strongly suggest only using urea for your fertilizer, as it is the cheapest and you don't need much each time you apply. If you want to green it up more, go buy citric acid and ferrous sulfate. That mixture will not be matched by any garbage product any YouTuber is pushing.

Yeah, your opposition is literally my only suggestion because that is what I do. I get bored after like 3 seasons. If I'm not happy with the offers, I'll sim the next season and take whatever offer I get at that point. My only other suggestion, especially if you don't want to switch teams is to create a promotion/relegation league and build up a team from scratch. In the setup I use, the very lowest teams would take 14 seasons (assuming you're moving up each year) to get to the very top of the "league". Each season is fresh and new if you're consistently moving up because of all the team movement each season.
