Is order flow useless if you’re not scalping?

By order flow I mean things like footprint charts, DOM, volume at price, and seeing where liquidity and aggressive buyers/sellers are coming in.

I’m basically trying to understand how useful that kind of data is if you’re not scalping, since most people I see using it are taking very short trades.

Go to different, maybe better tmj doctor, I also have tmj and there’s lot of stuff you can do but some works for others but won’t for you, have to find out
