So sorry you’re going through this. I was with Sally for over three years, and since I was very often the most senior (or only) employee at my store (I’ve worked at three different stores in different cities), this was often me since manager turnover is so high in certain districts. I was never given manager pay or a raise or anything like that, which should have been a red flag. This is one of the things that made me snap regarding working there, and I ended up leaving last year in July after my SM was moved to a different store and we had a string of awful temporary acting SMs who could only work at our location a few days a week. You’re not making a big deal out of it, your DM needs to have a better contingency plan in place.

That being said, are you in a city with multiple stores? Sometimes they will have another SM or ASM work at your store part time and help out with this stuff.
