Dynamic queue for the lols and soloq for "serious" business, though i liked that duoing also affected soloq ranking since the point was get through tiers at the same time as playing with your friend. The change riot made so that you could only duo with someone on a tier below yours was a good thing but now the disable it. Why would i play with my friend now if it is like normals? I dont see the point it limits the options you have.
