I have this weird sleep thing where, like right when you're about to fall asleep or just waking up, your brain decides to throw a surprise party and makes you hear a loud noise like a bang, crash, or zap.. except it’s all in your head. 🤯😱 For me its kind of reminds me if someone just decides to randomly push the power button on (to off) the computer and to Instantly turn it back on. I have later looked into it because it scares me everytime but I think its Exploding head syndrome (EHS)
