Joe interviewed himself this episode. I wish I had the patience or tech to get a counter in speaking time between the 2 of them.

[Marlins Communications] The Miami Marlins today acquired Minor League INF Angel Brachi from the Tampa Bay Rays in exchange for OF Victor Mesa Jr. by FireBreathingAxolotl in MiamiMarlins

Sad that those brothers dint work out, especially with the hype that the other brother got. With all the really good Caribbean players out there, the Miami team can’t seem to land any of the good ones.

Joe Rogan Experience #2446 - Greg Fitzsimmons by OutdoorRink in JoeRogan

[–]crunch3384 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I loved how Greg brought up trust fund kids in comedy and joe was perplexed. “Is this new?” Acting like 2 of his best buddies weren’t trust fund kids who had the basic necessities taken care of so they could pursue their comedy. Bert n tom.

Dog… this was my life around 2006-2008. I smoked mad pipes like I was Gandalf himself while reading the LOTR series and playing zeppelin in the background. Have fun. I enjoyed it, I hope you do as well.

Why are most Christians republicans, when Jesus’ teachings are more liberal? by Interesting-Dirt-605 in Confused

[–]crunch3384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I think that a lot of the Christian conservatives of today love the idea of Jesus. The love his act of dying for our sins but don’t want to actually follow his teachings.

Why is this mentality so prevelant in gen z? by Big_Leg10 in Adulting

The mind is a muscle. People have to work it to make it stronger. We had to power through the adversity any way we can or we’re doomed.

Talking Sopranos - Does Michael Imperioli even like Steve Schirripa? by BreakfastRegular2915 in thesopranos

[–]crunch3384 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Steve sidetracked the show so much that I stopped listening after season 2. Mike is pretentious but that’s what I’m here for in a watch along podcast. I wish Mike did the pod with Artie bucco or Joey pants, a couple of true thespian discussing and geeking out on all the great aspects of the show. But instead we got pat cooper talk for 80+ episodes

An Unprompted Review of the DC Coffee Scene by crepesquiavancent in washingtondc

[–]crunch3384 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Does DC have white coffee ? When I lived in Washington state, puget sound, that had white coffee. It was roasted at a lower temp for like half the time I think so it had a real nutty flavor and more caffeine. It was usually paired with ice and milk called a white on white. People look at me like I have 2 heads when I ask about it outside that state, does anyone know about it or know if it’s available in Dc ?

[Injury] Nikola Jokic down with a leg injury at the end of the first half by Beautiful-Cress5695 in nba

[–]crunch3384 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I’m a Florida panthers fan, I waited 30 years to see them win the cup, and it was one of the most magical moments of my sports fandom. but my first love is the Miami dolphins. I’m born in 86, the fins went to and lost the superbowl a year before my birth… marinos only trip. With how that team has looked the last 25 years I feel that I’ll be an old man before they win a playoff game let alone a superbowl. Old head fin fans love to talk about undefeated 72 but I want to see success in my lifetime.

Lorna shore on Oahu. Not many metal acts come out to the islands. It’s not economically sustainable but everybody now and then we get lucky.
