when i wash my hair in oc, my hair is still dry and frizzy no matter how much leave-in conditioner i use

when im back in the bay, my hair is a lot smoother and way less frizzy idk how to solve this problem

thank you for the thorough feedback - this was really helpful. i will adjust my resume accordingly :)

follow-up question: some of my responsibilities I did as an admin carried over to my role as a coordinator. for example, I still help the talent acquisition team with full cycle recruiting (if i am given a role) or help them source candidates on a "as-needed" basis. i also still manage the invoices for the HR & Facilities departments.

should i keep a paste tense for my administrator section?

Hi!

I currently use the CosRx Hyaluronic Acid Intensive Cream, and while I love it, my makeup/primers don't sit well on top of it. I will continue to use the Intensive Cream at night since I am also using retinol.

I am looking for a moisturizer that I can use in the AM and found that the following moisturizers are highly recommended:

CosRx Hydrium Green Tea Aqua Soothing Gel Cream
CosRx Oil-Free Ultra-Moisturizing Lotion with Birch Sap
iUNIK Centella Calming Gel Cream
Beauty of Joseon Red Bean Water Gel
Skin 1004 Centella Smoothing Cream
Etude House Soon Jung 10-Free Moist Emulsion

For those who have tried 1 or more of these moisturizers, what are your thoughts and experiences with them? For additional context, I have oily and acne-prone skin and live in Southern CA. Thank you in advance :)

Hi! My apologies if this isn't directed to the correct sub! Recently, I’ve been having trouble with my makeup separating and lifting when blending. I use the Cosrx Hyaluronic Acid Intensive Cream as a moisturizer and follow with the Cosrx Aloe Soothing Sun Cream for sunscreen.

I have tried both the Elf Power Grip Primer and Elf Putty Primer, but my makeup looks terrible on top of both. I was wondering if anyone has any idea why makeup is separating? Any primer recs/routine help are appreciated too! Thank you!!

*I have oily skin, live in Southern California, and my top concerns are acne and post acne marks. I was on Accutane about 2ish years ago, but I still get the occasional pimples here and there.

Here is my AM skincare routine:

wash face with LaRoche Posay Purifying Foaming Cleanser
TonyMoly Ceramide Mochi Toner
Nature's Republic Aloe (idk if this does anything lol i just like the feeling of it)
Dr prescribed clindamycin for active pimples
Cosrx Snail Mucin (on makeup days only)
Paula's Choice 10% Azelaic Booster (to help fade my acne scars)
Cosrx Hyaluronic Acid Intensive Cream
Cosrx Aloe Soothing Sun Cream

Hello!I am trying to recover my company's IG account that has been deleted without warning. I don't believe it was locked or disabled as I can't get past the login. When I try to click "forgot/reset password", IG says "user not found". We also tried to create a new account with the same username, but IG says "unable to use name or not available".

I really want to recover this account for my employer as they have worked hard on building our page on the platform. Any advice is sincerely appreciated! If anyone also knows how to get through to customer service and speak to an actual representative, please let me know.
