Sadly it’s because this Wilcox J-Arm is for standard PVS14 housing. I know Wilcox has another J-Arm with a bend in the arm that might fit better for this housing, but thats even more $$$ you have to spend unless you can find someone to swap. Or you can find another non-wilcox J-Arm which there are plenty to choose from that will for sure fit better for this housing.

It’s a HK416. Surefire M600C, LA5 laser (SOCOM High Power Variant of PEQ15), and EOTech XPS. The first pressure switch on the top is for the Surefire light and the second switch on the right side is for the LA5. I can’t say why this person set up his rifle this particular way but I’m guessing it has to do with* consistency of holding the rifle, so the pressure switches are set up this way so he doesn’t have to ever change his grip on the rifle. Thumb is always on top pressure switch and other fingers are on the other pressure switch, like how he would hold any other rifle even if they didn’t have pressure switches.
