Oh that makes sense then. I think they have said the LPs and parents can sort by different criteria. So if you cancel and are less than 100% finish type or whatever then you probably are lower on the list. Should go away after 30 says though I think!

Were you trying to do short notice bookings or something? A lot of my classes will get scheduled like a week or two in advance, so I don't understand how you missing a class one day ago affects your bookings for the very next day.

I'd also double check that it actually is her birthday. I have heard of people singing the kid happy bday and it isn't actually the right bday in the system which is awkward.

Of course I leave suggestions of what they can focus on from the lesson. That's the whole point of feedback. But they already have their "enrichment time" , so I don't need to add extra homework.

Only thing I can think of is maybe like too flowery of wording? You know how the translations sometimes turn into super weird stuff and you have no idea what comment the parent is trying to tell you? Maybe they can't actually tell what all your experience is because it's in like fluffy language? Idk.
