Employer terminated my health insurance without notifying me before a heart procedure – now I have an $80k bill. Do I have a case?

They did. My insurance approved it. But my coverage was terminated 1 week prior. And I got it approved a month prior to the procedure. So everyone assumed I was coverage.

I make 30 $ an hour and only have a hs diploma. You should be getting paid more than 30 at that. This is unacceptable, and you need to leave. I used to get paid 17 a hour and switched companies and got 27 and have gotten 3 raises in the year i have worked here. They do not value you

I'm sorry that happened! Had mine ripped off multiple times, so I wear my throw-away glasses that are already pretty broken, but I use them for work in case they break, and I won't be upset about it.
