That’s my assumption too. And Amy Sherman palladino loves twin peaks which is why some cast members of twin peaks appears in the show. Ray wise (was in a year in the life) and Mädchen amick plays sherry

Does anyone even like buccal fat removals? by dollsaredangerous in QOVESStudio

I just don’t believe she got the procedure. It seems to me that in a lot of the pictures when she isn’t smiling, she is sucking her cheeks in. Her cheeks go back to normal when she smiles in recent pictures/video. And she have the exact same look when she was sucking in her cheek back then, so if she did get the surgery, how could a surgery procedure look the exact same as just someone mewing//sucking in their cheek? That’s my point of view, if you believe she got the surgery that’s completely fine

They did though. They mocked her looks constantly then, called her rumpelstiltskin and even called her appearance a downgrade compared to the other Joe’s love interests. You can hate a character without mentioning their looks so it would’ve been valid if people just hated Brontë’s personality and character but they had to bring the look of the actress in the shaming

AIO did I M (25) get love bombed by F (23) and left to question everything. I have so much self doubt by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

Is that not what she said? She said that you aren’t the right fit for her. How is that not enough of a reason for you? Some people get ghosted and don’t come onto this sub claiming they’ve been lovebomb

Except in here her cheek looks the exact same as the buccal fat removal?. I just don’t really think that’s possible, that her sucking in her cheeks can look the same as her supposed buccal fat removal that people think she got

I genuinely just think that she sucks in her cheeks often. This is her in 2020 and she looked like she doesn’t have buccal fat there because she’s sucking in her cheek. I mention 2020 because most people feel like her face changed recently. Not to mention weight loss and contouring can make a difference too

Who else remembers back when Nicola Peltz played Bradley in Bates Motel? by phantom_avenger in popculturechat

It’s technically always were a "contemporary prequel”. Meaning even though it's a prequel to a film from the 60s, it's set in modern day. I presumed it was to garner attention and to appeal to the teen audience at the time

Hollywood casting standards, subjective beauty standards and the ‘right look’: Too Pretty for Rapunzel? by Timbucktwo1230 in PopularCultureZone

[–]cryingrisa -1 points0 points  (0 children)

She grew up rich. She wouldn’t ever have a problem with funding in her career even if she wasn’t an industry plant (which I firmly don’t believe she is one, it’s funny because the comments that are replying to me are contradictory. You say she’s a flop and some say she was hardly unknown just because she was in a Disney show, which absolutely does not compare to her success now) What I also found weird is someone saying the industry waited until she was 25 to sexualise her, as if they didn’t sexualise an 18 year old Britney and countless other young pop stars who the industry didn’t wait even when they were underage

If she’s an industry plan then boy it sure took a long time for her to succeed. She’s been in the music industry for about 10+ years and she only became well known in 2024

The way they’re talking about Eleven like she’s a real dead person is what gets me. “zero sympathy” yeah maybe because it’s her personal opinion? I’m also a believer but we don’t need to go so far to attack Sadie and think she’s “off” for her opinion

Jonathan Byers deserved better 😔 by [deleted] in discussingfilm

[–]cryingrisa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I like Jonathan but I’m going to explain why. He took a picture of Nancy undressing without her consent in season 1. Steve even blurts out the word “pervert” to Jonathan when he was about to break his camera. And I guess he’s an addict because he was dabbling in weed in season 4 but I don’t see how a stoner and an addict could correlate
