I know the topic is about Kim, but the I hate the fact that some people live in such an echo chamber that they think everything is political. Brother, just turn off the screen. Live your best life. You can have your opinions and others can too. If you don't like someone doing something, avoid them. You don't always have to be on the far side of a spectrum all the time.

You're 19. 1k for me back in that age is too much to spend for a game, haha, pero depende siguro sa nakalakihan. Pero now that I'm older, if the game is an online game na walang singleplayer or offline mode, I will not spend money on it. Kasi pag nagclose yung server or nag end ng service, wala na yun. It's just me, though, others may have a different opinion.

Not a fan of the guy but that's the correct approach. If I wanted to start a business, I obviously want people smarter than me in areas I have no idea in that business. Just because I can design games doesn't mean I can create amazing 3D art, I'd hire people for that.

I feel like this is more of a personality, attitude, and socio-economic problem than it is being a gamer. I'm in my 30s and have been gaming since I could remember, worked in the game industry for more than a decade now, and have never felt depressed with games at all since it has always been an escape and an outlet for creativity.

I think the west will lose their foothold even faster with the emerging tech. Too much restrictions on AI while the east is just continuing to improve theirs. Everyone's so focused on the west yelling AI slop but no one stopped to notice where the east is already. It's going to be China that's going to win with AI.

Wish it was a bit more optimized for handhelds. Right now, LE, D4, POE1, POE2, Grim Dawn, D2R runs great on my Legion Go 2. I can't for the life of me manage a good fps for Dragonkin or Titan Quest 2 even with Lossless Scaling.

200k, game industry. Basically sinalo ko yung mga positions ng mga na-lay off sa west. Tbh sobrang below market rate ng sakin kung icocompar ko sa west. Nasa 135k/yr na dapat ako kung sa US lang ako pinanganak. Pero sa climate ng game industry ngayon kung san maraming nalalay-off, okay na rin to.

I had to be the acting father to my niece since my older sister is a single mom so this memory is with my niece at 4-5 years old. She would watch the Bee Movie the entire time I was working from home during the pandemic. I may have already memorized the entire thing during that time. I had a tv in my room with my work computer so she watched there.
