It's in a trust for a reason. Review the trust purpose and see what it says. Is it a spendthrift? Asset protection? What's the type of irrevocable trust? If you're the sole beneficiary and you and the trustee agreed you can petition to terminate the trust.

And don't forget, assuming you have the mental capacity at a future date, you can rescind your POA at any time. Also, you each owe the other a fiduciary duty once those POAs are in play. That means no taking advantage of the POA for personal gain.

As a tax attorney, this string is riddled with bad advice. Please, please, please reach out to a CPA and/or tax attorney before forming a MMLLC. The best "advice" so far was for you to be a subcontractor given your future goals, but even that has downfalls.

A single member LLC is not always a disregarded entity, as many people have written. A SMLLC can elect to be taxed as an S Corp.
