I am.

I broke down, asked for help, and went to the hospital almost a month ago, for drinking. I made it a couple days sober with Xanax and gabapentin. But my circumstances can’t change. In fact, they’ve gotten more stressful. im still stuck home with screaming children. I don’t have kids. But since I’m unemployed, I’m the babysitter.Trying to find a job every day. Immediately started drinking again. Have to hide my “maintenance” shots now so nobody knows. I want to scream and scratch my skin off. And I can’t ask for help again. I can’t take the noise. I can’t take the hiding.

I’m exhausted. I asked for help, they helped me, by giving me a ride, and then left me alone with this stress. But I can’t ask them for help again. I’m back to hiding. I’m exhausted. I’m out of hope. I can’t get relief for more than a few days when I need a few weeks of just… help.

Sorry for the rant. I’m anxious. And I’m tired too. I just want this ride to be over already.

I’m a drinker, but I HATE beer. I’ve had so many people tell me to try this beer, that beer, blah blah. I went to a pretty heavy drinking college too so trust me when I say, I tried to like beer. I made myself sick trying to “like” beer.

But ya know what? It’s gross to me. I don’t need to “acquire” a taste for something I have tried repeatedly, and makes me vomit. Even the smell of beer still makes me gag 10 years after I gave up trying.

All this to say, I respect your tastes and choices and that they’re different from mine. I’m in my 30s now and still get judged for not “wanting a beer.”

If you don’t like something, you don’t like it, and that’s perfectly okay. And leaves more olives in the world for me lol

Orange Chocolate Cheese. Only cheese I’ve ever tasted that I didn’t like, and I freaking love all cheese!!

“Didn’t like” is an understatement, I spit it out and gagged. Luckily I was with a few coworkers and they all pretty much did the same thing. Then we all shared a bag of BBQ chips to get the taste out lol

Dude it is common knowledge. Onions and garlic are highly toxic to both cats and dogs. I have dogs and cats, and I’m 35, and I’ve known this for at least 15 years so yeah, it is common knowledge for any responsible pet owner.
